Refund Policy

Advertisement Refunds
All advertisement bookings on iSocialGulf.com are non-refundable once confirmed and published. In cases of:
- Technical errors resulting in non-display,
- Incorrect placement against the agreed category or location,
you may request a credit note or re-placement within 10 working days. Each case will be assessed individually.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments (individual or organization) are final and non-refundable. However, in the event of:
- Duplicate payment,
- Inability to access features for more than 15 consecutive days due to a system error,
we will review and process refunds or extend your subscription term accordingly.
Reuesting a Refund
All refund-related queries must be submitted to connect@isocialgulf.com within 15 days of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

Acceptance of Terms
By using www.isocialgulf.com, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

- Paid annual subscriptions
