Refund Policy

  1. Advertisement Refunds
    All advertisement bookings on iSocialGulf.com are non-refundable once confirmed and published. In cases of:
    • Technical errors resulting in non-display,
    • Incorrect placement against the agreed category or location,

    you may request a credit note or re-placement within 10 working days. Each case will be assessed individually.

  2. Subscription Refunds
    Subscription payments (individual or organization) are final and non-refundable. However, in the event of:
    • Duplicate payment,
    • Inability to access features for more than 15 consecutive days due to a system error,

    we will review and process refunds or extend your subscription term accordingly.

  3. Reuesting a Refund
    All refund-related queries must be submitted to connect@isocialgulf.com within 15 days of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

Terms of Use

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    • Paid advertisements
    • Paid annual subscriptions

    iSocialGulf.com reserves the right to change or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

    • Submitted ads and content comply with local laws and public decency norms.
    • No unauthorized copying, redistribution, or misuse of portal content.
  4. Suspension of Service
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, including misuse of the platform or failure to pay applicable fees.

    All content and branding on iSocialGulf.com remain the property of iSocial Projects Company WLL unless stated otherwise.
